Engaged as an outsourced Marketing Director, consulting to the leadership team, developing strategy, mentoring team members and advising on planning and program delivery, we worked with Kinexus on a range of sales and marketing and whole-of-business initiatives across a two year period. Two key strategies were developed to address Candidate Engagement and Contractor Lifecyle and Loyalty.
Working with the executives and senior leaders, as well as delivery teams at the coalface, these strategies were evolved and proof of concept tested in a range of scenarios before becoming successfully embedded across the business. The strategy documents helped management frame strategic direction, determine priority initiatives and commence planning for growth. The team appreciated the clarity, direction and support, and candidate and contractor feedback was positive.
